Gym Facilities

Our gym is fully equiped with exercise machines, weights, and a matted area for core work or stretching. Workout in an inclusive environment with members of all ages, from all walks of life. We embrace individuality and support your uniqueness.

Full service facility: treadmills, cross-trainers, exercise bikes, rowing machine, leg press, bench press free weights and more.

The Wellness Centre also has changing rooms fitted out with private showers, hair dryers, and styling mirrors so you can fit in a workout before work or on your lunch break.

Fuel on Fat


Knowledge is the key to success, and success fuelling your body with healthy fats starts with a 12 week reset, recommended to teach your body how to use fat as its main fuel. We are resetting what your body hasn’t done for a very long time, it can be difficult at times, especially in the beginning, but your body will thank you for it later.

  • If you are keeping your carbs to a minimum and eating the right amount of protein to preserve your muscle, then the rest of your dietary requirements will be met with fat.
  • If you want to maintain your current weight, then you’ll eat enough calories from fat to support your total daily energy expenditure, which is your resting basal metabolic rate and energy used during activities combined.
  • If you want to shed some fat, then you’ll need to eat at a bit of a deficit so the amount of fat calories you eat will be lower.
